The History of the Roman foundations. The room service and food was superb. As a gay couple we found it a bit embarassing that we were questioned about a double room a few times leaving me feel uncomfortable and asking for a twin! |

It was great. Fantastic location, lovely hotel, nice staff If I had to be picky ...... we asked the receptionist to sort out some taxi's to take us to the airport the night before checking out for 10am. When 10:30 rocked round and still no taxi's, the receptionist seemed unconcerned. We cleared off to the main road and sorted our own one. By the way, tell the taxi driver which terminal (we got dumped at T2 when we should have been at T1 over 3km away! |

The hotel was well positioned for access to the city centre and was in a quiet if somewhat difficult to find street. Rooms were very clean and staff friendly. Car was taken from me and garaged for security, a good service. Restaurants lacked atmosphere, however lots of nice retaurants in the city at reasonable rates. |

Hotel staff are very polite and helpful; fantastic design and clearness everywhere in the hotel. Awesome sauna, steam room and massage; moreover perfect location. |

I had to catch an early morning flight - the receptionist arranged to have my breakfast served early so that I would not leave the hotel without it! This was done on her own initiative, I diid not even ask for it! |

kindness staff,tips,organisation , arranging ticks for game and taxi , everything was just great koffie / thee on the room and maybe a cyber room,altdough there is wireless if you bring your notebook |

Staff helpful from arrival in taxi onwards.It is very good that there is a top class restaurant in the hotel. The letter also has a wodnerful position overlooking the city. |

Very nice hotel, with a stunning hall over the remains of the old roman arena. Staff was very friendly The Spa needs a jacuzzi/small pool. For some reason, it takes a while for the hot water to come through |

large, clean and well-kept room - everything looks new!, great room service, great hotel restaurant on the 9th floor - great food and service! you have to wait a long time to get some hot water out of the shower; staff could be more attentive at breakfast - they do not come to you to offer drink, do not ask what you may want, you have to literaly chase them for everything, they do not offer fres juice which one would expect in a 5 star hotel in Sofia. Jaccuzi or a small pool in the wellness center would be good, |
